The first organic vegetable bouillon made mainly from vegetables

We are delighted to present our latest product: the new organic vegetable stock from TrueBrodo. Feedback from our customers and our passion for natural and healthy ingredients have motivated us to develop it. The result is an innovative product that embodies quality and taste.
After being asked time and again whether we could offer a pure vegetable bouillon, we thought about how we could best achieve this. We researched the process of preserving vegetables, inspired by ancient techniques and our own innovative ideas. We realized that the traditional method of cooking vegetables to preserve the taste in water - and then throwing the vegetables away - is not efficient enough. Preserving the fresh vegetables with salt alone is also not an option; it only results in a watery, overly salty broth.
We finally found the solution in one of the oldest preservation methods: drying. This is what we concentrated on. Gentle removal of moisture at low temperatures. This method preserves all the important nutrients and enhances their flavor. The vegetables lose 90 percent of their weight during this process. As a result, we have created an organic vegetable bouillon that is rich, aromatic and full of natural goodness!
We decided against making a paste because we couldn't find a healthy oil that wouldn't go rancid over time. It is better if the preferred cold-pressed oil is added after cooking. We also don't use spices such as pepper in the stock - they would lose their original flavor. You can add these yourself before the meal.
Our latest product consists of 60 per cent dried and ground organic vegetables and 40 per cent sea salt. The bouillon contains no fillers, no maltodextrin, no glutamate (MSG), no yeast, no sugar and is free from allergens. Due to the high vegetable content, some of the vegetables remain recognisable as such in the bouillon and retain their consistency depending on preference and cooking time.
