Spring Recipe: Bone Broth with Fresh Wild Garlic

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

2.5 dl TrueBrodo chicken or beef bone broth

1 handful of fresh wild garlic

Optional: 1 tsp ghee, olive oil or toasted sesame oil
Preparation:

Bring the broth to a boil in a small pot, then reduce the heat.

Roughly chop the wild garlic and add it only at the very end – this preserves its valuable nutrients.

Refine with a teaspoon of oil:
• Ghee for warmth and depth
• Olive oil for Mediterranean freshness
• Toasted sesame oil for an Asian touch -
Enjoy hot.
Tip:
Purée the wild garlic raw and stir it directly into the hot broth – for maximum freshness and nutrients. Cooked ramen noodles also go well with it
